Our story

The FIT story

Fit Results has humble roots that started in 2014 by Luis Centeno, our Founder and Lead Trainer, as an outdoor bootcamp in Grant Park. Back in those days he hauled a suitcase of weights to the park to train people looking for a good workout.

Since then, we’ve grown into two large, beautiful training spaces in the South Loop and Logan Square neighborhoods. Bolstering an all-star coaching staff, rated 5 stars on every review platform you can find, and chosen as one of the Top Personal Training Gyms in the country by MENS JOURNAL, Fit Results has served thousands of within our community and we continue to show up.

Love that they have a decent amount of class options. I personally don’t enjoy the outdoor sessions as much but like the indoor boot camps/ circuits. Coaches all have different styles so definitely try them all out to find a good fit
