Coach, Trainer

Fitness has been a major part of my life for over a decade—not just as something I do, but as something I genuinely believe in. I’m a Fit Results Certified Coach and a Group Fitness Certified Coach, and what drives me most is helping people build confidence, consistency, and real results through training that fits their lifestyle.

I’ve been involved in endurance sports for the past 10 years, and I still love the process of pushing my limits through running, triathlon training, and long-distance conditioning. At the same time, I’m a big believer in strength training—because being fit isn’t just about going longer… it’s about getting stronger too.

Outside of coaching, I’m a triathlete and runner, and I’ve also developed a deep respect for mixed martial arts. I recently competed in my first jiu-jitsu competition, which tested me in a whole new way and made me even more committed to learning and improving as I prepare for my upcoming black belt test.

And when I’m not training or coaching, you’ll probably catch me doing something completely different—like stand-up comedy or baking. I’m all about balance, staying disciplined, and keeping life enjoyable while still leveling up.

My goal as a coach is simple: help you get better—physically, mentally, and consistently—one workout at a time.

A free consultation at Fit Results is a chance to see if our coaching and training approach is the right fit for you. During your visit, you will meet with a coach, talk through your goals, training history, and any limitations, and complete a movement assessment and InBody scan. From there, we walk you through the personal or semi-private training options that best support your goals, including strength training, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking. There is no workout required. It is simply a clear, low-pressure way to understand how we help adults build strength, stay consistent, and make fitness a long-term habit.
